$CVNA I have three kids who are driving age, so I've spent a lot of time looking for good used cars. Carvana is a market for people who know what they want because dealerships are just frustrating (hidden fees, feeling ripped off, and wasting time) - but Carvana's inventory is bad (worse than Carmax), their prices are similar to Carmax (a bit higher), and much worse than what you'd find on Autotrader (even with dealer add-ons). Carvana will survive but it's clear it doesn't deserve the higher rating over Carmax.
