Considering a Duolingo-style app to learn investing with real past market trends? What was most frustrating when you first tried to learn about investing? Was it too much info, confusing terms, or fear of losing money? I'm creating a gameified app to teach folks (no financial background) how to make better investment choices. It uses only historical data, no advice or predictions. You learn to think like an investor by observing real situations and making your own decisions.Think of it as Duolingo but for financial independence:Real charts (e.g. $TSLA 2020, Netflix during COVID, 2008 crash)You decide when to buy, sell, or hold - like a simulationLearn about basic market concepts as you progress and apply them in different situations. Then see what actually happened and why.Discover which stock would've been beneficial, trends, etc.Practice pattern recognition, timing, and psychology with visual learningIncludes streaks, levels, and badges - like DuolingoCould something like this help those aiming for long-term financial independence but don't know where to start?Your thoughts, especially on what features would make it stick. What you faced and what problems you'd like solved.
