$LLY Why does bully like this stock? Shoes and clothes, tough to sell in the market AskingLLY--Nichix8 Yesterday
Feels like they’re saying LLY’s footwear and apparel lines are underperforming, not just cyclical. But is that really the core issue, or just a symptom of broader pharma weakness and consumer spending? Hard to trust headlines without context.

Kinda uneasy about LLY’s footwear outlook right now.

If LLY’s non-meds stumble, I’m eyeing a staggered buy—start small, add on misses, hedge with VZ.

Thoughts on eVOTL stocks like $JOBY, $ACHR, $EVTL? Is it just hype or the next big thing? Here's what I found out about eVTOLs. First off, why would we need them when we already have helicopters? Turns out, eVTOLs are quieter and simpler than traditional helicopters. They're basically car-sized drones.
They run on electricity instead of fuel, which is a big deal. But battery life is the main limit, restricting their range. Right now, eVTOLs can go about 100 to 250 km (roughly 62 to 155 miles), so they're mostly for short trips between cities or within cities. They won't replace taxis but could be a city-to-city alternative like metro or bullet trains.
These models can carry one pilot plus 4 to 5 passengers, so you'd need lots to match the scale of a metro train.
They also need special charging spots and landing areas. If it's a public transport option, it'll need waiting areas and boarding setups. That's another hurdle since new infrastructure has to be built just for eVTOLs.
Big players in the space are Archer Aviation and Joby Aviation.
The best case? It becomes a common transport option and stocks soar. Worst case? It's just a cool novelty like those pedal boats in tourist spots.
Thoughts on eVOTL? Any companies I missed? If you're in, which one would you pick?ACHR--
