Anyone have the dollar amounts or equity percentages involved? If BIDU’s trailing cash burn is ~$1.2B annually, how big are these chunks relative to that? Also, what’s the implied valuation multiple for the target(s) if they’re public?

With rates still elevated, private deals or tokenized stakes make sense for BIDU to avoid dilution while they wait for better macro conditions.

Feels like BIDU is quietly buying up stakes in other players, maybe to strengthen partnerships or gain data. Not a flashy takeover, more like strategic stitching. If they’re targeting AI or cloud, that’s a big deal.

If the Nasdaq really drops 1400 points, momentum flips fast. I’m watching $AAPL and $MSFT for follow-through; if volume stays heavy, I’ll chase strength, otherwise I’m waiting for a cleaner base.
