SpaceX IPO info-hunting. One thing I haven't seen much discussion about is Page 71, 'Dilutions' in the SpaceX Prospectus. When I first read that under 5% of shares were open to the public (joe shmoe trader), I was confused about why people said new investors would be left holding the bag. That changed when I saw the average price per share for old investors vs new ones.
