qqq fell 4 8 percent worst drop year historical analysis

$QQQ fell 4.8% on Friday, its worst drop in over a year. Historically, days where $QQQ drops 4% or more are rare—only about 125 such days since it started, happening less than 2% of the time. These drops mostly happen during stressful times: 2000 (32), 2001 (30), 2008 (17). Most of these big drops occur during bear markets, not during regular bull runs. So what does a -4% day mean when it happens during a bull market?
