I think I've figured out the company Sonim is merging with. Currently holding 100,000 shares at $0.75 each. Sonim ($SONM) is acting as a clean public shell, ready for a reverse-merger. On 25, 2025, they signed a letter of intent with a US-based private HPC AI factory provider. After a month of research, I believe the company is QumulusAI/QAI Moon/Global Digital Holdings. I think the deal agreement is signed and will be announced soon.
