$NU this is fascinating. The market is worried about rising delinquencies that have gone above pre-COVID levels in the US (not sure about LATAM) yet they've approved $1B in capital for share buybacks instead of using it for a buffer. With their US bank approval coming soon, I think they can meet regulatory capital needs and still buy back shares.
